Apple Back Patented Digital Pen Technology

Apple seems serious about developing digital pen technology or popularly called a stylus. The company from Cupertino, California, USA, it is, update the patent technology more sophisticated stylus.

In 2012, Apple has patented technology in the stylus Patent and Trademark Office United States. Based on the rumors circulating in the tech industry, a stylus that reportedly will be named " IPEN. "

More recently, it was also revealed that Apple filed a patent back a different stylus with other conventional stylus. It has a sensor that can determine the orientation of the pressure on the touch screen. If the user draw with pressure rather strong, then it can detect the stylus, thus producing a thicker line.

As quoted from Ubergizmo, Tuesday ( 28/01/2014 ), the stylus can also detect how the user holds the stylus. If the user is holding the bottom of the drawing with a stylus, the resulting line would be different if the user holds the middle or top of the stylus.

This is likely to increase the realism of the user experience using the stylus, like drawing with a pencil.

Previously, Apple has patented technology stylus that can give a kind of vibration feedback when the user draw out or nearly crossed the line.

The digital pen can also give voice to stimulate the user's actions. Stylus will make a sound that was a pencil drawing on a piece of paper, or brush being painted on canvas.

In his patent files, Apple also promises a stylus can be used in the air, without having direct contact with the screen.
